Knowledge Hub

Ask the library.
Trust the sources.

Self-study only: upload a file, ask a question, and read the cited passage. Class lessons and quizzes live in Teacher's Assistant.

Cited answers: every reply shows its source

Assign to sections: courses with due windows

Learning paths: Hub → Mathwise → Socratic

From folder to answer in one loop.

Built for schools: a shared library and a calm search experience tied to the materials you uploaded.

  1. 01

    Upload materials

Add PDFs and Office files. Organize with folders and tags for grade, class, and subject.

  2. 02

    Ask with confidence

Natural-language search returns an answer plus the passages it came from. Open the source and verify.

  3. 03

    Stay in chat

This product does not generate quizzes or lessons. For a class, open Teacher's Assistant, upload the file, then make a lesson, multiple choice, or fill-in.

A library that talks back.

Knowledge Hub is your school’s living document shelf, not a generic chatbot. Teachers upload curriculum once; everyone asks questions against what the school actually teaches.

  • Folders, versions, and document tags
  • Search with side-by-side source passages
  • Saved chats for follow-up questions
  • Dashboard overview for busy staff
Talk to us

Chat with the file you already trust.

Ask a question about a document you uploaded. Answers cite the passage. Lessons, multiple choice, and fill-in for a class are in Teacher's Assistant, not here.

Answers stay tied to the file you selected. Class quizzes are generated in Teacher's Assistant, not here.

Courses that stick to the library.

Knowledge Hub stays a self-study library. Courses, class quizzes, and assigning a section are in Teacher's Assistant (Socratic Dialogue).

  • Chat and search stay here
  • Class files, lessons, and quizzes stay in Teacher's Assistant
  • Shared Classes roster is in Administration

Learning paths across products.

Class sequences live in Teacher's Assistant. Knowledge Hub is only the cited chat for a file you uploaded.

  • Optional ids until each step exists
  • One place to define the sequence
  • Deep-links into each product

Helpful by design.

Same Thoughtlane Help coach pattern as our other school products: guided, optional speech, never sound-only.

Questions, answered.

What schools ask before they roll out Knowledge Hub.

How is this different from Socratic Dialogue?

Knowledge Hub is for chatting with a file. Upload class files in Socratic Dialogue to make a lesson, multiple choice, or fill-in, then assign the section.

Do answers invent facts?

Search is grounded in your uploaded materials. Every answer shows the source passages so teachers and students can open the original document and verify.

Who can upload and who can only search?

Roles follow your school setup. Anyone with access can chat with files the school has shared. Class work is assigned in Teacher's Assistant.

Can we build quizzes without writing every question by hand?

Yes, in Teacher's Assistant (Socratic Dialogue) → Files. Select the class file, then Multiple choice or Fill-in. Not in Knowledge Hub.

Can we assign a lesson to a whole section?

Yes. In Teacher's Assistant, open Files, generate the lesson or questions, then Assign to section. Students open it from their lesson, not from Knowledge Hub.

Where do courses live?

Courses, lesson plans, and class assignment are in Teacher's Assistant. Knowledge Hub does not host courses or learning paths.

Is there a guided tour?

Use the in-app Help button anytime. It opens on your current screen and walks through the main flows.

Can we post a notice for the whole school?

Yes. Schedule announcements that appear across Thoughtlane products (useful for term starts, maintenance windows, or classroom reminders).
